Workplace Safety Training and Consulting

Associate Safety Director Program (ASD)

CSS has developed its ASD training program to provide a unique, organized, and structured process for employee education. The ASD program allows for continual monitoring, management, and implementation of your company's safety program. Training is completed monthly according to your training schedule to keep employees updated on current OSHA and company policies. The ASD programs encompass the following services:

  • Facility Safety Reviews

CSS will perform thorough examinations of your facility, jobsites, and  work practices identifying all hazards. Upon completion of the review, CSS will offer a written report documenting all hazards and effective solutions to bring your company into compliance.

  • Site Visits

Random or scheduled visits can be arranged to identify hazards, perform training, conduct safety meetings, or other activities to enhance your safety program.

  • Written Programs

CSS will prepare all necessary documents for a proactive safety program. This documentation will include a general safety manual demonstrating your company's commitment to safety as well as written programs specific to your industry.

  • Employee Training

CSS will perform all training necessary for you to comply with applicable regulations and will be specific to your company and scheduling needs.

  • Citation Assistance

Despite all efforts no one can guarantee that you will never receive an OSHA inspection. Upon receiving notice, notify us immediately. We will be onsite during the inspection to manage and control the situation. If citations are issued, we will assist you in preparing for and attending the informal/formal conference. We will also provide technical assistance in the immediate abatement of citations.
  • Professional Resource

We offer our professional assistance for such services as spokesman for your employee programs with potential and existing clients, insurance carriers, business allocations, and the media.

  • Continued Assistance

We are your safety resource. Contact us regarding your specific questions, to request copies of regulations, or ask about future activities that will directly affect your business.
